Enquiry details are securely transferred to HubSpot, which Fractional Force uses as its customer relationship management platform and data processor. Optional first-party and Google Analytics measurement is activated only after analytics consent. It records page paths without query strings, controlled interaction labels, broad device category and referral information; form names, email addresses, organisation names and free-text responses are not sent to analytics. We do not use enquiry information for ongoing marketing unless separate permission has been given.
